Not to be confused with Beverly Hills of the 90210 fame, this Alexandria neighborhood is tucked away in the hills above Del Ray and Rosemont. With rolling hills and many trees, Beverly Hills almost has a “Leave it to Beaver” feel, but with all the convenience of living in a bustling suburb of Washington, DC. Only ten minutes to the Pentagon, Reagan National Airport, and Old Town and an even shorter drive to Del Ray and Shirlington, the neighborhood is a quiet oasis in Alexandria.

Neighbors enjoy the well-loved Beverly “Pit” park, renovated in 2017, and bird watchers and nature lovers flock to Monticello Park. Homes in the Beverly Hills neighborhood are typically cape cods and colonials, while its cousins in Monticello Park and Braddock Heights include split levels, ranch-style homes, and even bungalows.
